• Minnesota Public Defenders. If you are charged with a crime and cannot afford an attorney you may apply for a public defender. The application forms are on this website as well as the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.
• Minnesota Judicial Branch. Access case records, find court forms, pay fines, and get information on the Minnesota court system.
• Minnesota Court Forms. You can find commonly used forms for Conciliation/Small Claims Courts, Child Custody/Parenting Time, Housing/Landlord-Tenant issues and many other areas.
• Minnesota Statutes, Session Laws, Rules, Court Rules, and the Minnesota Constitution.
• Stevens County Ordinances.
